Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Z-SOFT CO., LTD ("we", "us") about the Fruit Quest mobile game and this website. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you are installing the game for a child, you accept these terms on the child's behalf and are responsible for their use of the game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Fruit Quest on devices you own or control, through the official app stores, for non-commercial use. The game and every part of it — characters, artwork, levels, sounds, code and name — remain the property of Z-SOFT CO., LTD and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

3. What you may not do

• copy, sell, rent, redistribute or make the game available to others outside the app stores;
• modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, or create derivative works from its art or characters;
• use the game or its assets for any commercial purpose, or in a way that breaks the law.

4. Children and parents

Fruit Quest is designed for children aged 4 and up. There is no chat and no links out of the game. The only thing that can be bought is the Lifetime pack described in section 5, and the game asks a question only an adult can answer before it opens the store. We still recommend that an adult installs the game, reads the privacy policy, and decides how long a child may play.

5. Price and the Lifetime pack

Downloading the game and playing the first garden (the Apple Garden) are free. The second garden can be tried free for 7 days from the first time it is opened. The Fruit Quest Lifetime pack is a single one-time purchase, priced in your local currency in the store (49,000 ₫ in Vietnam, about US$4.99 elsewhere); it unlocks every garden in the game today and every garden we add later, with no further payment. It is tied to the Google or Apple account that bought it — on a new device, tap "Restore purchase". There are no subscriptions, no consumable items and no advertising, and no update will add them. Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own terms; if something goes wrong with a purchase, email us and we will help you sort it out with the store.

6. Updates and availability

We may update the game to add levels, fix problems or support new devices, and we may change or remove features. We may stop distributing the game altogether; if we do, copies already installed keep working as long as the operating system runs them. We do not guarantee that the game will always be available on every device or operating system version.

7. No warranty

Fruit Quest is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about it — that it is error-free, that it will run on your particular device, or that it will meet your expectations — and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including loss of saved progress. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. App store terms

When you download the game from Google Play or the App Store, Google's or Apple's terms also apply to the download and to your store account. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to support the game.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the game after that date means you accept the updated terms. We will not make a change that takes away something you have paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute we cannot settle amicably will be brought before the competent court in Vietnam.
