Fruit Quest
Privacy Policy
Fruit Quest collects no personal data — from anyone, of any age. This page explains exactly what that means.
1. Who we are
Fruit Quest is developed and published by Z-SOFT CO., LTD, a software company in Vietnam. This policy covers the Fruit Quest mobile game for Android and iOS (package vn.com.zsoft.fruitquest) and this website.
2. What we collect: nothing
Fruit Quest is designed for young children, and the simplest way to protect a child's privacy is to collect nothing at all. So the game:
- has no account, sign-up or login;
- contains no advertising and no advertising SDK;
- contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting library from any third party;
- does not connect to any server of ours or of a third party — it plays entirely offline. The only network activity is the store library built into the operating system (Google Play Billing on Android, StoreKit on iOS) talking to Google Play or the App Store when a grown-up buys or restores the Lifetime pack — see section 6;
- has no chat, no user-generated content, no links out of the game and no web views.
We therefore never receive your name, email address, device identifiers, location, or anything else about you or your child through the game.
3. Data stored on your device
The game keeps one small file on the device to remember progress: the stars earned on each level, the tools that have been unlocked, whether the Lifetime pack is owned, the day the free trial of the second garden started, and settings such as sound and language. This file:
- contains no personal information and cannot identify anyone;
- never leaves the device — the game has no way to send it anywhere;
- is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
If you have turned on device backup (iCloud Backup on iOS, Google backup on Android), the operating system may include this file in your backup under Apple's or Google's own terms. We have no access to those backups.
4. Permissions
Fruit Quest requests no device permissions. It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photo library, notifications or Bluetooth.
5. Children's privacy
Fruit Quest is intended for children aged 4 and up and is listed in the children's categories of the app stores. We do not collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone else — not knowingly, and not by accident. Because the game collects nothing, there is nothing for a parent to review, correct or delete. This is our approach to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to children, and Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection.
6. App stores
When you download the game from Google Play or the App Store, Apple or Google process your store account, download and purchase records, and may collect crash and usage statistics according to their own privacy policies and your device settings. We only ever see aggregated, anonymous figures from them (such as the total number of installs), never individual users.
The same applies to the Fruit Quest Lifetime pack, the game's only purchase. When a grown-up buys it or taps "Restore purchase", the payment goes through Google Play or the App Store: Google or Apple handle the payment method, receipt and any refund, and we never see the buyer's name, address or card. The game receives only a yes/no answer that the pack is owned, which it keeps in the file described in section 3. The store screen sits behind a question only an adult can answer.
7. If you email us
If you write to us at support@z-cloud.com.vn, we will use your email address and message solely to reply to you. We do not add you to any list, share your message with anyone outside the company, or keep it longer than needed to resolve your request — at most 12 months. Please do not include personal information about a child in your message; we do not need it to help.
8. This website
This website serves static pages and sets no tracking cookies. If our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security, they are kept briefly and not used to identify visitors.
9. Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the game handles data — for example, by adding an optional online feature — we will update this page, change the date at the top, and describe the change in the app store release notes before the new version ships. The game will remain free of advertising and third-party tracking.
