Before you write
How do I play?
Move with the joystick on the left. The green arrow button jumps; the orange hand button picks fruit, grabs a ladder or a pole, and interacts with things. Push up on the joystick at a tree trunk or a ladder to climb. Bring the fruit to the basket to finish the level.
Does the game need the internet?
No. Fruit Quest plays entirely offline and has no servers of its own — airplane mode is fine. The only time it goes online is when a grown-up buys or restores the Lifetime pack through Google Play or the App Store.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No ads, ever. There is one optional purchase. The first garden is free and the second can be tried for 7 days; the Fruit Quest Lifetime pack, bought once through Google Play or the App Store after a question only an adult can answer, unlocks every garden — the ones we have now and the ones we add later. No subscriptions.
I bought the Lifetime pack but the gardens are still locked.
Open the store screen in the game and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the Google or Apple account you bought with. If that does not help, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.
My child's progress disappeared.
Progress is saved only on the device. Uninstalling the game deletes it, and it does not move to a new phone by itself. If your device backup (iCloud or Google) includes app data, restoring from that backup brings the progress back.
How do I reset progress and start again?
Uninstall and reinstall the game. All stars and unlocked tools are cleared. The Lifetime pack is not lost — Restore purchase brings it back.
There is no sound.
Check the ring/silent switch on iPhone and the media volume on Android. The game has its own sound toggle on the home screen — the speaker icon.
Which devices does it run on?
Android 7.0 and newer, and iOS 14 and newer. Very old or very low-memory devices may run slowly; tell us the model and we'll take a look.
How do I change the language?
The game follows your device language for Vietnamese, English and Japanese, and you can switch it from the home screen. Text is kept to a minimum on purpose — a child who cannot read yet can still play.
Where are the other gardens?
Version 1.0 ships the Apple Garden with ten levels. The Mango Farm and more gardens are being drawn now and will arrive through updates. The Lifetime pack covers all of them, present and future.
Reporting a problem
The more of this you can include, the faster we can fix it:

Ideas and feedback
Fruit Quest is drawn one garden at a time, and the ideas for the next ones come largely from parents and children who play it. If a level is too hard, too easy, or your child keeps asking for a particular fruit or animal, tell us — we read every message and answer most of them.
Privacy questions
Everything about data — which is very little — is on the privacy policy page. The short version: the game collects nothing, and the only time it goes online is the store, when a grown-up buys.
